To the Product Manager,

Hi there, my name is Shaun, and I'm from Hugh Denison, an Australian materials trading company. My boss requires a supplier of cellulose fibre for roofing insulation. To meet Australian standards it will need to be:
1. Fire retardant (treated with boric acid)
2. Pest repellent (borax constituent)
3. Sound proof
4. Conform to AS/NZS 4859.1-2002 Materials for the thermal insulation of buildings

The goods usually come in 12kg bales. Each bale is about 12% boric acid and 6% borax (to comply with Australian standards, minimum chemical content is 17%). The bale needs to be compressed into bags and shrink-wrapped.

We're paying our current supplier AUD $10/bale or $0.83/kg (FOB). We're interested in looking for a new supplier who can offer us the same quality but for a cheaper price. We require a monthly order of 35-40 container loads (20'ft TEUs) for 12 months.

If you could provide me with:
1. Product specifications (chemical content, performance ratings, dimensions etc)
2. MOQ
3. Production capacity (maximum per month)
4. Delivery Time (including storage time, land and sea freight forwarding)
5. Price quote on how much 35-40 container loads of cellulose fibre bales will cost (1 twenty foot container can carry up to 21.6 tons of material, depending on the type and the shipping line)
6. Packaging details (compression ratio, vacuum sealing)
7. Ask your CRM how many bales each container can carry
