Dear Sellers,

Due to the overwhelming response from Tradekey sellers and our companies strict quality control measures combined with our desire to select the appropriate sellers to form long term business relationships with, I am requesting that all sellers interested in supplying merchandise on a long term wholesale basis for resale for our business comply with the following:

Please ship a 1 sample of each item you would like marketed by our business with complete manufacturer's specifications and pricing including shipping, handling and customs fees. You will not be paid for the sample product. Include warranty information (if applicable) and order/shipping time. You must accept paypal for payment until a business relationship has been established and 5 orders have been shipped, at which time we can discuss other means of money transfer.

Please be sure before contacting us that you will be able to supply the product for a 18 month period and that all price quotes are good for 18 month duration. Please include in the pricing all minimum order requirements and quantity price breaks. Include the maximum order size your business can accomadate on a monthly basis. Be sure to include your company information and contact information with the product.

Please do not send any products that are replicated brand names. If you are offering brand name merchandise it must be original brand name. Provide any standard authenticity documentation. Please do not send any product that does not comply with US Manufacturing Safety Standards or contains lead or any other potentially hazardous material. Only send products that are fully compatable with US distributed games, software, ***** Send sample products to the following address:

Once samples have been selected and shipped, please email me directly with a your contact information and the shipping information of the items shipped. I will contact you when the items are received to verify receipt and after it has been reviewed, inspected and researched to discuss purchasing your product.
