I. Equipment functions
I. This machine can make products with diffrent specifications-ultra-large, large, medium and small after changing cutting tools and a few parts.
Ii. Hammer type crusher that can crush both treated and untreated rolled Pulp.
Iii. The volume of spraying of S. A. P can be adjustable.
Iv. Fluff pulp is spread with a large diameter net wheel and wrapped and formed with liner of high wet stength paper.
V. The outside material of solid shield is fomed in the machine.
Vi. Product with elastic waistline can be produced.
Vii. The product can be counted and output row by row.
* Associated stacker can be added additionally as requested by clients.

II. Structure and configuration
I. The main drive is achieved by connecting a NO. 45 hardened and tempered steel shaft, a universal joint clutch and a right angle gear box.
Ii. The components are drive by synchronous belt and gears.
Iii. The main pressing and cutting roller are driven by a universal joint clutch and it is easy to operate with the service life of cutting tools ensured.
Iv. The bearings, synchronous belts and electrical components are famous brands in China.

III. Main Technical Parameter
I. Designed production speed: 350 PCS/min
Ii. Stable production speed: 200-300 PCS/min
Iii. Machine power: 85kw(380v 50HZ)(exclude glue applicators)
Iv. Overall size of equipment (L*W*H): 17*1.5*2.5m
(Crusher and auxiliary equipment are not included. )
V. Weight of equipment: About 24T.
