I. Equipment configuration and functions
I. PLC programmable controller usded to control the production process.
Ii. Operated and controlled by man-computer parameters displayed and equipment stopped automatically when paper is broken.
Iii. Base paper is pneumatically fed and decoiling is provided independently with a tension control device.
Iv. The rewinding process of the product is tight first and loose afterward, with its tension adjustable.
V. Punching Line Distance(Interval) is adjustable.
Vi. Replacement of Paper Core, spraying of glue, cutting of paper, all these work will be done in sequence on the machine.
Vii. Embossing are available with patterns to be selected by clients.
Viii. Bearing, electric components and synchronous belt are domestic famous brands.
*Double enbossing roller can be produced to meet customers' demands, Glue applying device can be added to produce kitchen paper. The auxiliary 1-3 color printing device can additionally be provided.
II. Main Technical Parameter
I. Production speed: 130-180m/min
Ii. Punching line distance: 100-150mm (It can be adjustable, other sizes can be produced as per requirement)
Iii. Machine Power(1575 two embossment stands): 7.6 kw(380V 50Hz)
Iv. Equipment's overall size(L*W*H): 5.5*2.4*1.6m(Type of double embossing)
V. Weight of equipment: About 4T.
