Port Costs: All cost at loading port for the account of Seller and all cost at
discharge Port of the account of Buyer.
Performance Bond: Two percent (2%) for the value of the payment
instrument for each monthly shipment.
*Commission paid by the Buyer.
*US$.10.00 Seller side / US$.10.00 Buyer side
Procedures:
1. NCND/IMFPA
2. Buyer Issues an ICPO/BCL to the seller. ICPO to be made out to: Industrias Jade
3. Seller Issues draft contract open for amendment
4. Buyer sends draft contract to seller
5. Seller and Buyer exchange “POP” for “POF”-Bank to Bank; TTM can be arranged
6. Buyer issues a MT103/23 to pay for product, thereafter an RDLC within 48
Hours (confirmed, Irrevocable, Transferable and Revolving)
7. Seller issues 2% performance bond
8. Seller bank transfers Ownership title
9. Shipment commences
**Additionally, within the ICPO, the buyer should include an “RWA” statement
as follows;
“We, the Buyer, with full corporate responsibility and under penalty of perjury
affirm that we are finically ready, willing, and able to purchase the of _______
CIF/FOB_______(amount in word_______) (+/- 5%) of ______(product) at
discount of _______ (product) at a discount of _______ plus commission.
