TECHNO WINGS Hammer mill recommended for powdering grains, chemicals, herbs, minerals, Spices, cattle feed etc. From fine to course in bulk, these machines are provided with cyclone dust collector for avoiding pollution, easy collection at discharge end & avoid wastage of materials. Although separate motor is mentioned for blower, it is not compulsory. It can be substituted by counter shaft arrangements. Separate motor incase the increases the efficiency and easy cleaning mill.

Improved crushing efficiency.
Minimized power consummations by the way of fiction lose.
Low tempraturered

Operating system

The materials to be ground into the crushing chamber from feed hopper by gravity or through an auto feeder (optional). The beaters inside the drum accelerate the material to a very high speed to the toothed liner placed at the upper half of the crushing chamber. The material is pulverised by shearing. The ground materials are continuously sucked by a centrifugal blower through screens placed at the bottom periphery of the crushing chamber and is conveyed through a pipe into the cyclone dust collector for bagging. Excess air is filtered through a cotton balloon. Particle size can be varied using screens with different hole size.
Construction:
Made from heavy duty Mild Steel fabricated body. Grinding Chamber lined with serrated wear plates, which protects the body from wear and tear. Grinding done by a set of Swinging blades /Hammers on a balanced rotor. A screen classifier forms the lower half of the grinding chamber. Blower is driven on a separate shaft with the help of a 'V' belt adjustable drive from the rotor shaft
