Alu Plastic Blister Packing Machine DDP series Tye 250 is with advanced performance, simple operation, high output is the latest improved equipment in our company. It is the best ideal packing equipment for large and medium-sized pharmaceutical plant, health care factory and food industry.

Description:
1, Heating board temperature control detection, overload protection for main motor, PVC and PTP packaging material level detection.
2, Mechanical friction wheel speed reduction and regulation, which is superior to mechanical constant-ratio speed reducer in speed regulation and driving.
3, Adopts four-mould box coaxial driving (integral key) to improve driving strength and absolute synchrony in working.
4, Open layout, working status of each functional part is viewable well, and it is easy and convenient to adjust and maintain, with full-closed integrated protection.
5, Adopts modular moulds, it is easy and convenient to install, adjust and replace. One machine is used for various products, reducing costs on moulds.
6, PLC microprocessor control, Operating on touch screen, words and numeric display, words indication of failure diagnosis, Easy and reliable to operate, convenient to maintain.
