The Vibration-damping Steel Sheet is a kind of functional material composed of 3-layer compound structure of metal/high-molecular damping material/metal that was developed, its effective combination of the metallic material and the polymer material makes it characterized both with the original mechanical performance and the processing formability etc, and with
the damping property of the polymer material, contributing it to be the ideal environmental product replacing the metallic material, applicable in the surrounding of vibration and noise.

The specification as follows:

Thickness(mm): 0.6-3.0, tolerance: +/-0.05
Width(mm): 600-1250, tolerance: +/-1
Length(mm): 100-2400, tolerance: +/-2

The products can be widely used in Domestic appliances: Base and housing of the air conditioner, washing machine and refrigeration etc;

Automobile: casing of the oil tray, fuel tank, gear box and the engine;

Engineering Machinery: cover and housing of the diesel engine, inner-combustion engine, blower, compressor etc;

Architecture: door, floor slab, staircase slab of the sports stadium, music hall, cinema etc and the sound-isolate wall panel of the industrial-oriented workshop;
