High Quantity High Pressure Die Casting Production
Thousands of high pressure die casting parts can be produced in a single day with the right die casting tooling and proper high pressure die casting aluminum part design.Hangzhou Fuerd Machinery co., ltd has produced quantities of 20, 000 to 30, 000 high pressure die casting aluminum parts a week in some cases. We can design or work with your designer to develop high volume high pressure aluminum die casting tooling.
Low Quantity High Pressure Die Casting Production
We will produce for our customers low quantities of high pressure aluminum die casting parts, as few as 100 high pressure die casting parts. The cost to produce and complete the high pressure die casting parts is higher than the larger quantities, so the high pressure die casting part price is higher. Some die cast part manufacturers will not bother with quantities under several thousand, so this becomes an advantage to Hangzhou Fuerd Machinery co., ltd customers.
High Pressure Die Casting Tooling
High Pressure die casting molds, sometimes referred to as high pressure die casting tooling, are made from steel hardened to withstand high temperatures and extreme pressures. There are many types of high pressure die casting tooling from simple inexpensive inserts to complete high pressure die casting dies that are dedicated to only one aluminum part. Once a high pressure die casting tool is produced, the cost to make high pressure die casting parts is very little. We have an in-house toolmaker who can make your high pressure die casting die or fit your inserts into one of our dies or holders at a very competitive price.
Die Casting Aluminum Part Quality
The dimensional accuracy which Hangzhou Fuerd Machinery co., ltd maintains is one of our outstanding characteristics. We will create an "Operation Sheet" that has all the inspection points necessary to ship you the high pressure die casting aluminum parts you want. We provide a "Certificate of Conformance" with each shipment of high pressure die casting aluminum parts.

Mould design: Our engineers and technical staff will collaborate with a clientâs own engineers on the design of castings to ensure smooth production and optimum performance of the finished product.
Our engineers designed mould by PRO/ENGINEER, SOLIDWORKS, UNIGRAPHICS and simulation analysis software to be sure the quality and high efficiency before tooling machining. Mould cavity and frame will be machined by automatic CNC milling center, CNC turning lathe, EDM , wire cutting machines.
