The structure of Jaw Crusher includes Main Frame, Main Axle, Roller Bearings, Eccentric Shaft, Jaw Plates, Side Plates, Toggle Mechanism, Fly Wheels and Springs.

The Features of Jaw Crusher:

Operating principle:
Jaw crusher uses motor as its power. Through the motorâ¿¿s wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee board can be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.


The heavy duty screen is used for classification of large size material, while common type for small size material classification. The frame of screen is very durable because of cold riveting with annular rivets


The vibration exciter is fitted using temperature difference and lubricated with oil so to keep long service life of bearing, good damping effect and convenient maintenance.
