Tungtay group is a diversifying, internationalized and innovative company, whose major business fields are real estate, new type packaging material, compound pipeline and material, development and industrialization on the technology of vacuum coating. Tungtay (Chengdu) Vacuum Coating Engineering Co., Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of Tungtay Group, is specialized in the research development and production of planar magnetron sputtering coating equipment and coating products. Including large magnetron sputtering coating Low-E production line, Heat reflection glass production line and ITO glass TCO glass, AR glass, ITO-AR composite glass production line and so on.
It was set up in 1993 and owns strong ability for R&D of the related manufacturing technique and equipment. We have long term cooperation with top domestic universities and national laboratory, we also have regular communication with world related institutes, which renders our technological level at the top of the world.
Tungtay maintains talents and laboratory as well as advanced pilot scale experiment equipment, which guarantee a quick and reliable transfer from the R&D in laboratory to the industrial production.
In domestic and international market, Tungtay has provided many sets of vacuum coaters and continuous magnetron sputtering coating lines with max. substrate size 2540mmÃ3660mm and production capacity over 3 million m2 per year.
We have many patents and high technical products.
TVAC utilizes its advantage of large vacuum coating equipment and technology, became the first manufacturer who researches the LOW-E production line with rotating cathode targets by itself in China, and has established large manufacture bases in Kunshan, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Qinhuangdao, Beijing, Wuhan, Shandong, Guangzhou, Chengdu etc.
