Principle of Work:
Put materials into the case for freezing after the machine is started .The process of freezing of materials is that vacuum system brought out a part of moisture when vacuum is pumped .on the other hand ,materials will remove when vacuum is pumped .on the hand ,materials will remove out some moisture involved in some molecules to the surface of materials when materials are frozen .When feezing requirement is met ,the heating system will heat and dry materials and bring moisture involved in materials while pumping vacuum, to the freezing collect case to be frozen so as to reach freezing and drying requirement of materials .
