Other Useful informations:
There are two types of platforms which utilize weight bearing vibration technology; those with a lineal action which vibrate in a vertical, 3D fashion and those which oscillate in a pivotal or see-saw action.
A) The oscillating action is considered to be more therapeutic as it helps increase mobility in the pelvis, encouraging skeletal realignment.
