In rubber, plastic, chemical, medical, food and other sectors, the pulverization process usually including coarse pulverization, fine pulverization and sifting, due to the shapes and hardness difference of the original materials, the most difficult process is the first process (Coarse pulverization).

For solving this problem, we developed JYLS-400 & JYLS-500 coarse pulverizer. It using high quality hard alloy as its knives, widely used in the coarse pulverization of various hard materials.
The basic principle is: the rotation of the moving knife and the static knife form cutting movement , which cut up the material easily. The granules size will be controlled by the size of the sifter meshes. You can achieve the granules that meet the requirement by changing the sifter. The pulverizer is also equiped with water cooling mechanism, which effectively controls the temperature rise in the pulverizing process, so that to ensure the quality of the ground material.
