This inspection is carried out when the vendor has all its raw material ready to start big production on lines. Service included photo data, 1 factory front gate photo, 1 factory outlook/appearance photo, one office building photo, 1 workshop photo, 1 warehouse inside photos, 1-9 photos show where they put the raw material, 1 photo with macro-distance shot on each material or parts that will be used on the each items, 3-5 under testing and after testing photos on each essential accessory, and a summary report with comment on each photos. In addition, we all can help factory make sample and drawing accordingly, inspection according to the signed and confirmed color sample, request package design approval by customer. All photos will have time on the up right corner by the DC, all the photos will have arrow and comment to descript its status, totally not less than 40 photo.
