As a company specializing in blow molding experience. We designs and manufactures fully automatic blow molding machine in 3 type, 19 series and 68 grades by integrating European technology. With a lot of experts in design, production and service. We created a diverse range of machinery, covering all products size from 10ml to 5000 liters, such as bottle, dram, jerry can, profile, oil tank, tray, etc. Blow products could be made in normal resin and engineering plastic resin, such as PE, PP, PC, PA, PS, ABS, EVA, PETG, EVDC, PAN, PPE, POM, TPE, TPU and so on.
? Electric system: Mitsubishi PLC from Japan and human-machine interface
? Hydraulic system: YUKEN hydraulic valves and pump from Japan
? Plastisizing system: Effective, energy-saved screw
? Extruding system : Invertor and harden surface gear box
? Clamping unit : Adopting linear slideway with precision up to um grade
? Parison injecting: Single hydraulic cylinder without non-synchronization
? Mould changing: Extruding cover can be adjusted up and down, diehead can be moved by hydraulic, and mould changing is very easy
Low consumption: power is 26.6kw/h at the product speed of 70%
