PROCEDURES (FOB):



�"01. Seller issue offer & after review SCO then Buyer will issue ICPO

02. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) and Buyer will sign and seal CI along with TSA.

03. Seller releases the following documents: -



A) Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)

B) Authorization to verify, (ATV)

C) ATSC (Authority to Sell and Collect)

D) Unconditional DTA

E) Injection Report

F) NCNDA/IMPFA Sign and seal



04. On receipt of above-mentioned documents, buyer conduct dip test with their own SGS Team

05. After Successful dip test in seller tank, Buyer presents his TSR or Extend seller tank for injection

06. Seller starts injection of fuel in the buyer’s tanks and Provides full injection report

07. Buyer makes 100% payment of the product on receipt of the full injection report

08. Seller transfers the title ownership in the Name of the buyer

09. Before Seller pays commissions to all intermediaries involve in this transaction (NCNDA) all intermediaries secured the 2% commissions tax payment to the Ministry Law Farm to enable the Seller company pay all commission (within 48 hours) �"
