RFQ Details

I am looking for a plastic housing for internal use (screwed to wall) with
a transparent window for mounting an LCD (51.2mm x 20.7mm viewing area although alternative sizes can be considered) with a slot for a ribbon cable from a membrane keypad or with holes for a rubber keypad.

I also need the accompanying membrane keypad / rubber keys. The specification for the exact size is not critical as I am looking for an off the shelf solution. The housing is required for a keypad to setup an alarm system that is being designed with specific customer defined behaviour.

As we are looking for an off the shelf solution for the first 100 pieces, we are prepared to compromise on the number of buttons, size and shape although a housing suitable to fit a PCB 10cm x 8cm with internal screw bosses would be perfect. The button membrane / holes for rubber keys should allow at least for a numeric keypad and 5-10 extra buttons.

I appreciate it may be very difficult to find an existing housing that fits our vague requirements but we can compromise for the first 100 units. After that, we may consider having our own design injection moulded.
