Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you can help me.

I manage a number of properties in Spain which are rented on a short term holiday basis. It has become apparent in recent years that many holiday makers, especially those with families are looking for playing surfaces within the villas. The villas are of a mid range standard and so not the top end of the market and so we are looking for an economical option which can be tried and if successful sold to other owners. Owners are looking for a maintenance free option and I notice from your website that you offer a number of possible options.

Please find attached a sample of one of the areas. One of the main issues is that the area in Spain is effected by ground movement due to the heat resulted in cracks within the concrete base and thus any surface would need to withstand the base concrete movement issue.

Please can you advise on the most economical weatherproof costings for such a project.
