RFQ Details

We currently seeking for following product to purchase for our partner refinery in Africa.
In general see some general terms of crude contracts that are of interest to me.

- direct allocation from state oil company from producing country.

- delivery terms FOB basis and minimum +-5% 1million bbls per lifting. If term contract trading history of company with allocation and history of previous trading counterparties will be key.

- credit terms 90 days documentary letter of credit.

- pricing terms are market related premium/discount related to brent but with buyer options on specific pricing window 5 days average before BL date, 5 days after BL date etc. Explicitly stated discounts to the listed price eg discount of 5usd etc
