RFQ Details

Can you provide the following:

Locations: All U.S. States minus: Alaska, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, N. Dakota, S. Dakota, Louisianna and Missippi.

Preferred Locations: California, Arizona, Texas, Nevada, Florida, Hawaii, New York, and Metro Chicago area of Illinois.

Price Points: From $.20 cents to $.52 cents on the BPO Dollar - (depending on composition of package). Minimum 100K BPO per unit

Condition: Light to zero rehab.

Property Types: Single family residential only. No PUDs, Modulars, or Vacant lots.

*Commercial property considerations given to Hawaii, and/or Casinos only, if on mainland.

Package Sizes: Minimum of $10 Million take down price, Maximum of $250 Million take down

Fee Structure: The Buyer pays 1% to the Buyers Rep, 1% to intermediaries (1/2 to buyer side, 1/2 to seller side), and 1% to Sellers rep. - totalling 3%.

Ideal Agreement: Recurring and repeating bi weekly, automatic.
