We, Milano wire, Inc. , Authorized Buyer Mandate, with full legal and corporate responsibility hereby confirm on behalf of our buyer, that our Buyer is ready, willing, and able to buy the commodity Ordinary Galvanized steel wire diam. 2.45 mm. , under the following terms and conditions, subject to the validity of this letter of intent as per specification and in the quantity and for the price specified in the terms and conditions as stated below.
1. Commodity: Hot dipped galvanized steel wire diam. 2.45 mm. class III (>230g/m2 zinc) conform to International Standard according to, European Standard EN 10204-2.1. As per high tensile resistance = 1500N/M2, packed in 800 Kgs coils.
And hot dipped Galvanized steel wire diam. 2.45 mm. class II (>90g/m2 zinc) conform to International Standard according to, European Standard EN 10204-2.1. As per high tensile resistance = 1500N/M2, packed in 800 Kgs coils.
2. Quantity: 120 MT split as follows :
96 MT of hot dipped galv. steel Wire class III (>230g/m2 zinc)
and 24 MT of hot dipped galv. steel Wire class II (>90g/m2 zinc)
3. Contract Length: One only shipping
4. Destination: CFR Malaga, Spain
5. Shipment and Delivery: The above mentioned total quantity shall be shipped in equal proportions of (maximum) 24 metric tons / container for the hole duration of this contract. Shipments will be by way of 1 x 24. The first shipment will be between 10 and 15 days following confirmation, verification, authentication of an operative payment instrument in a format acceptable to the Buyers and the Sellers Bank.
