However, I would like to address a few key concerns to ensure we proceed with full clarity and confidence: 1. Port of Departure: Kindly confirm the port of departure for the shipments to Aqaba. This is essential for evaluating logistics, lead times, and compliance with relevant trade regulations. 2. Supplier Identity and Capacity: While I understand the seller operates as a resale company, it is critical for us to know the name of the supplier or refinery from which the sulphur will be sourced. This helps ensure transparency and verify the suppliers capacity to meet the required volume of 1 million tons annually (100,000 tons monthly). 3. Single Source Guarantee: To maintain consistency in quality and supply, we require a warranty or written guarantee that this will be handled as a single-source arrangement for the duration of the agreement. This is especially important given the large quantity and long-term nature of the deal. 4. Non-Performance and Penalties: Considering the volume and strategic importance of this supply, I need assurance that any penalties or liabilities for non-performance by the supplier will not fall onto us.
