With reference to the above mentioned subject, We are a Singapore-based company with core business in the construction sector, undertaking projects also in solar system and green building materials in Southeast Asia. We are interested in your innovative insulation products and would like to seek your kind consideration of a collaborative partnership for us to be the Authorised Dealer of your products in Southeast Asia. As you may know, Singapore holds a stringent standard in all materials used in the construction industry and by way of our sales in your products, we would need to spend lavishly in carrying out numerous of rigorous tests with obtainment of certifications and recognitions from accredited laboratories as well as the governing agencies, and we believed that these documentations, shall ultimately distinguished a significant added-on value to your organization. Our proposal: 1. All necessary costs (tests, certifications, operations, shipments, sales promotion, etc) shall be under us, and 2. Your esteem company only require appointing us as your authorised Dealer in Southeast Asia (11 countries), We appreciate your kind review of our intention and proposal, and would be delighted if you: a.
