RFQ Details

Dear Sales, Request to please quote us for the below mentioned RFQ. The technical required details are affiliated herewith for your reference. RFQ for design and supply of 45 meters steel Pylons or Mono pole towers. QNTY: 4 pcs DDP: DOHA QATAR Technical Specifications; DESIGN NORMALISATION Tower shall be designed and manufactured in accordance with the EUROCODES norms. These norms are in force in the European Community. For more information, check following web site : www.eurocodes.co.uk. For the design of this tower, the EUROCODE package 3/6 Design of steel tower and Mast shall be applied, Bolts used for the assembly of the elements of the pylons (or monopole) shall be galvanized. Class of bolts shall be adapted to use and stresses, according to results of the calculation note. STAIRS AND HANDRAIL The choice for steel construction may be adapted to the site environment and climate characteristics according to the supplier expertise. STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS At the top of the pylons (or monopole) structure, 4 arms supporting the 4 antennas shall be installed. ARCHITECTURAL CHARACTERISTICS The pylons (or monopole) will be 45m high and will support 4 antennas which antennas shall be at a distance of 10m from of each other. Plus one antenna (GPS) (position to be defined).
