General Manager of ***1525 SDA AB import & export Ltd., hereby confirm with full legal and corporate responsibility, that we are ready, willing and able to facilitate the purchase of regular Sugar Beet or ICUMSA 45, in the following conditions: VALIDITY: 5 working days COMMODITY:Sugar beet or ICUMSA 45 ORIGIN: The sugar shell be from EU Countries or europeanized DAP DESTINATION: Romania and Hungary QUANTITY: 3 trucks trial and after 1.000 - 3.000MT/month x 12 months CONTRACT PERIOD: 1 year with roll on and extension. PACKING: 50 kg bags as per international packing suitable INSPECTION: SGS or equivalent at loading, at Sellers account PAYMENT: DAP with TT before unloading trucks CONTRAT AND DELIVERY: A.S.A.P DUTIES & TAXES: All duties and taxes in Buyers country will be borne by the Buyer LICENSE & PERMITS: The Seller has obtained all necessary licenses, permits, approvals from the concerned Regulators, Governments Agencies for export of goods subjected in this document in their country on his own cost. Similarly, the Buyer has obtained all necessary licenses, permits, Import Duty, Custom, approvals from the Regulators, Government, and Agencies for the Import of goods subjected in this document in their Country on his own cost.
