RFQ Details

Our company is interested to produce electricity from biomass existing in our country. For that purpose we need a turbine-generator set and a boiler capable of burning wood chips, the remaining of the processing of cotton plants or other biomass.

The desired energy to be produced is 200 KW per hour. The generator must have an alternator to bring the electric current to 11KV.

The biomass intended to be used has a calorific power of around 4.000 Kcal/Kg (16 MJ/kg) (4.4 KWH/kg).

We have the following questions for you, hoping for a further fruitful collaboration between us.

1.Can you produce such a turbine-generator set complete with gear box, electrical control panel, and alternator for the desired voltage and power?

2.Can you manufacture or supply us with the boiler required for 200 KW power?

3.How much steam at 45 Atm, 450 C are enough for producing 200 KW of electric power

4.Because the consumption of fuel must be as low as possible is it true that it is better to have high pressure of steam for the turbine (45 Atm, 450 C) so the boiler must be suitably made?

5.Can you assure Installation, Erection and Commissioning of the system in Greece?

6.What can be done by you for the ash handling system, necessary filters and steam condensing loop?

7.Can you calculate the consumption of biomass fuel for the system you produce using the above mentioned calorific power?

8.In case you cannot produce all the above mentioned equipment can you cooperate with others and present us an integrated budgetary offer for all the above?
