RFQ Details

Dear Sir

Are you a supplier or mandate? Please confirm. We need 90,000Mt X 12 used rail for steel mill and we deal only with the supplier. This deal if it goes well will be renewed at least for another year. If you happen to be the supplier, I need a letter from you in which you appoint me for a period of only 14 days to be authorized to offer your rail with the reasonable price to take to buyer(steel mill). I 'll send you via HDL the LOI + BCL of the buyer within 7 days from receiving your letter of introduction guarantied.
If you are wondering why the letter? I already have the purchase offer from the steel mill's board of directors. In all honesty I am taking this precaution for my own protection not to be by passed by either the buyer or seller.
