Buyer Information

RFQ Details

Below is our wish list and buying procedures ***

1) Color D thru I
2) Purity IF, VVS
3) Size from 3 to 20 Carats (3 to 10 Carats 80% of the parcel, bigger stones are 20%)
4) Quantity: 300, 000 to 1, 000, 000 carats
5) Delivery: Products to be brought to Brinks Security in Las Vegas
6) Discount 45% to 60% of ADTEC report
7) My buyer is Ready, Willing and Able to move 3B to 4B every week.
8) We will provide LOI and POF

Seller to provide:
1) Manifest
2) Kimberly Report
3) Brinks security receipt

Below is our procedure for diamond transactions:

1. Seller sends Manifest and Kimberly report to Buyer.

2. Buyer sends BCL to Seller.

3. Seller send product with Manifest and Kimberly report through BRINKS security facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.

4. Seller provides Buyer with SKR and authorized BRINKS to provide and schedule inspection of product by Buyer.

5. Buyer and Seller sign SPA.

6. Buyer verifies products with Gemologist.

7. If satisfied, then Buyer shall pay Seller and Seller will instruct BRINKS to release product to Buyer. Or Buyer pays Seller thru Brinks.
