Yes, I am interested but there is one condition.

Since I am dealing with two different governments they as rule for public bids and contracts require a written, notarized and apsotilled certification from manufacture where the seller certifies the availability of the whole Prilled Urea 46% for the term of the contract.

I got two requests at this very moment, one for 300, 000MT 2 Year contract and another for 670, 000MT 1 year contract.

Should you think you are in position of providing such documents I think we can do business, I will be glad to provide you all contact information and copy of the RFPs translated into english.
