Hamon D’hondt is a french company which produce Heat exchanger. To do so, we also produce tubes with segmented or not fins welded by high frequency.

In order to do this, we need steel strips. The strip is used for the manufacture of continuous or segmented fin tubes. These fins are high-frequency welded and helicoidally wrapped around tubes made of carbon steel, low-alloy steel or stainless steel.
As the business is growing, we are currently looking for and auditing strips suppliers.
The product we are looking for is cold-rolled strip.

We use:
- carbon strip DC01/DC04
- Stainless Steel AISI 304/321/316/316Ti/310
- Alloy steel 401/409/410S/430/800.
Standard dimensions:
- Strip width: 10 to 25mm (mainly 13 - 19 and 25mm).
- Strip thickness: 0.8 to 2.8mm (mainly 1 â€" 1.30 â€" 1.50 and 2.5mm).
- Strip quantity: 600kg to 300 000kg according to customers’ needs
We are able to work with Flat or Larger coils.

Tolerances:
- Quantity tolerances: -0/+3%
- Width tolerances: +/0,2mm
- Thickness tolerances: +/-0.10mm
- Vertical straightness: precision of 2mm maxi
- Possible stretch: 34% minimum
- No saber-form ends.
