PLS,A DIRECT BLCO(BONNY LIGHT CRUDE OIL) SELLER IS URGENT WANTED WHO CAN HELP US WITH THIS PROCEDURE FOR A ONE-YEAR ROLL-OVER CONTRACT AT A DISCOUNT OF $10/7 WHEREBY SELLER'S SIDE COMMISSION IS $ AND BUYER'S SIDE IS $2 WHILE $7 NET FOR BUYER BASED ON OPEC BRENT PRICE

EMAIL SPA/ATS SOON:

Seller gives SPA/ATS to Buyer
Buyer verifies POP from the ATS information, then Signs and Returns SPA to Seller, with ATB and NOR Format
Buyer places Bank Guarantee with a blocked fund(MT799,MT199)for the entire cargo covering logistics
Captain issues NOR and ETA
Vessel arrives and issues ATB to Buyer/Agent
Inspectors board vessel to perform Q&Q Inspections/Tests
Upon positive Q&Q Report Buyer's bank issues MT103 for the entire cargo and commissions to Seller's bank and the seller then TT the commissions to all intermediaries & buyer’s mandate upon receipt of Buyer’s MT103.
Seller completes Transfer of Title to Buyer.
