Dear, here are requirements for the official order of face masks from the Ministry of Health of Poland:

1. the mask must meet EN14683 standard (or equivalent) for type II or type IIR
2. Meets 93/42/EWG directive requirements (or equivalent)
3. CE certificate (or equivalent)
4. Photo of the product
5. Number of product units offered
6. Number of product units in one package
7. Packaging dimensions
8. Order fulfillment date
9. Place of pick-up
10. Incoterms

We would like to order 100 000 or even 1 000 000 and it depends on the date (number of days from the time of receiving the money). Please, specify the price for 100 000, 200 000, 500 000 or 1 000 000.
We would prefer the DHL air transportation and quotation of the DHL price to Warsaw, Poland would be necessary.
