RFQ Details

We are in need of processed and unprocessed frozen chicken feet/paws.

For processed, we need A grade frozen chicken feet and paws, with feather off, yellow outer skin off, well clean and fresh, outer hard nail off, no bruise, no broken bone, no black pad or ammonia burns, no any bad smell, no extravagated blood, no frost and the moisture content is less than 5%.
For unprocessed, please inform us the following information: Your cutting/freeze method, and washing method (with hot or cold water?), storage condition.
