We are interested to develop a long term business relationship your company and import on a regular basis. We want to re-introduce the BBQ models in the retail market in India along with one large business house who own and operate a chain of home improvement / accessories stores in India. Please note, we had initiated business with a Taiwan based company and imported similar models, but our associates are not satisfied / happy with the quality. Please ensure the quality if the trail order is up to the mark 1. Quality of the wooden trolley: please ensure the quality of the wood, only good quality seasoned wood is to be used. The panels are screwed properly and the quality of the screws / reverts, the polish / paint on the wood is consistent. 2. The quality of the wheels should be good should have proper caps, so that the screws, etc are not visible. 3 The quality of the packing/cartons: This is very important. We observe that it is better to pack each unit into 03 cartons instead of 02. The carton containing the unit becomes too heavy if packed in 02 cartons. Strong corrugated cartons have to be used. Kindly ensure that the weight of each carton does not exceed 20 kgs. In India, the conditions of the roads is very bad and we want to transport them to other parts/cities of India, hence the quality of the carton is very important and has to be good 4 -5 ply. 4. Only cast iron burners are required, all grill plates and hot plates to be of cast iron without porcelain or enamel coating. We can reduce the price by doing this.5. No hose or regulators are required; we will use local rubber hose and Indian regulator (as per the Indian standard) 6. Each unit has to be packed with the extra accessories as mentioned below:Two/Three/Four burners with cast iron burnersThis model / unit to include:1. 02 cast iron grills / griddle plate and 01 hotplate.2. 02 aluminum flame tamers.3. 02 lava rock (crome plated) trays 4. 01 vinyl cover to fit this model5. 02 two bags (2 kgs. each) lava rocks.6. Peizo ignition should be of good quality7. Instruction / assembly manual.8. To be packed in 03 strong corrugated cartons.
