Dears:
We are looking for:
A Gas and Oil pipeline manufacturer. We are interested to be your agent in Libya and Algeria. We will give them big opportunity to enter big bids in Gas and Oil pipeline supply.

Further more, we would like to inform you that Libyan National Oil Corporation (NOC) and the Libya National Gas Company (NGC) are currently carrying out a supplier pre-qualification process, in order to have an approved bidder List for 2009 Casing and Tubing supply.

As to perform this process, Texas Capital Group Inc (TCG) needs your consent and
Pre- approved letter permitting us to handle the primarily application and registration for your perspective company.

Should you be interested, please inform me as soon as possible so that we can give you the detailed required information on that process.
