RFQ Details

Greetings, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Stelvio Alexandrino, and I represent the buyer's interests here in Dubai. I am expressing our intention to negotiate with your organization to purchase gold, subject to the below conditions. ARTICLE 1 QUANTITY Our proposed quantity for the commodity is 12,000 kilograms over 12 months, with a delivery schedule of 250 kilograms per week. Additionally, we propose a trial delivery of 10 kilograms, which we can extend to any quantity upon the buyer's request, subject to local miners' approval and capacity. ARTICLE 2 PRICE (A) The agreed price ("Price") shall be based on the Second London Fixing Price per Troy ounce in U.S. dollars published by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) on the day of the transaction. In case of unavailability, the LBMAs publication will determine the price the following day. (B) We propose a gross discount of 16% and a net discount of 4%. The difference between the gross and net discount, amounting to 12%, represents consultant fees payable to all officials, mandates, and consultants, with 7% allocated to the seller and 5% to the buyer. (C) Payments shall be made in clean, clear funds of non-criminal origin in U.S. dollars. The seller pledges not to sell the gold below their minimum selling price, and both parties agree to reassess and negotiate fixing prices provided by LBMA every two weeks to ensure equity. ARTICLE 3 PAYMENT GUARANTEE Proof of Funds (POF) will be provided through a bank statement via SWIFT, referencing the total amount to be paid on delivery of the agreed quantity of the commodity. These conditions provide a solid foundation for a mutually beneficial agreement between our parties. We look forward to discussing the details further and hope for a fruitful collaboration.
