Specification:
a) Grade of materials: Def-Std-13-9 or Equivalent
b) Density at 23°C: 0.856~0.956 g/cm3.
c) Melt index MFI 190/5: Min 10
d) Ultimate tensile strength: Min 22.5 N/mm2.
e) Shore Hardness, Scale D: Min 60
f) Prescribed test certificate must be submitted from manufacturer mentioning the following properties of the High Density Polyethylene:
i. Yield Stress
ii. Elongation at break
iii. Flexural stress at 6.0 mm deflection
iv. Flexural modulus
v. Ball indention hardness, 30 sec value
vi. Notched impact strength
g) Must satisfy the product quality of packing items

2) Low Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE)

a) Grade of materials : Petlin LD C150Y or Equivalent
b) Prescribed test certificate must be submitted from manufacturer mentioning the following properties of the LDPE:
i. Density
ii. Melt Flow Index (MFI)
iii. Impact strength (4) Tear strength.
iv. Tensile stress at break
v. Modulus of elasticity
vi. Shore hardness, scale D
c) Must satisfy the product quality
