How are you? I hope well. Thank you for your response to
my inquiry for milling machinery. Please include the following
information with quotation:

1) Price per machine.
2) Specifications per machine: pictures, horsepower, (English version) as attachment.
3) FOB port of Monrovia, Liberia West Africa
4) CIF port of Monrovia, Liberia West Africa

Please see below requirements.

The cassava flour is for human consumption. It is used for baking and cooking food. The process involves peeling the cassava, slice cassava into chips, sun dry chips, grinding to a fine flour.

Thickness: The chip thickness from 0.9 - 12.5 mm.

Circumference: The chip circumference from 2 - 12 inches.

Grinding: To pass a minimum mesh 80 wire screen to obtain fine texture.

Equipment: 4 Hammer mills - 25 hp each or machine requirement - that processes each 300 kg of dried chips per hour. (-2% loss) to producing 1,176 kg per hour of cassava flour of 10% Moisture Content (MC).

Below are my factory production full capacity requirements.

MEDIUM-SCALE CASSAVA FLOUR PRODUCTION
Raw material ( sun dried cassava chips).
4 hammer mills / per 8 hours shift - 2 shifts.
4 Hammer mills - 25 hp each or machine requirement - that processes each 300 kg of dried chips per hour. (-2% loss) to producing 1,176 kg per hour of cassava flour of 10% Moisture Content (MC).
Daily production of cassava flour: 1,176 kg x 8 x 2 = 18,.816 kg = or 18.816 metric tons.
Monthly production (26 days) = 18.816 x 26 = 489.216 metric tons.
Yearly production (over 10 months): = 4892.160 metric tons.
