Inquiry about push pull cable

I need a push pull cable. My cable is 167 centimeters (66 inchs) long and push/pull length is 7.62 centimeters (three inches). The ball joint has a 10 MM DIAMETER THREAD. I only need one for my old truck. Do you have a cable that is close to these sizes? How much will it cost? How do I order one? Do you have a US distributor?
