Dear Sir,

We understand you being one of the leading well reputed and world renowned Manufacturer/ Supplier of Copper Cathodes.

Taking this opportunity, we would like to introduce ourselves as an Indenting House dealing in various commodities like Copper Bus Bars, Cement, Cables, Transformers, Bus Duct, Steel Coils, Aluminum Ingots, etc.

At the moment, we have an Inquiry in hand from one of our valued Customer for import of LME Grade A registered Copper Cathodes on constant basis. The monthly requirement is quite big but to start with, they want to import 1 container say 20-25 mt at the initial stage. Infact, they are already importing LME Registered Copper Cathodes from various sources of different Brands.

We would very much appreciate if you would kindly provide us your most competitive Price on CNF Karachi, Pakistan basis along with Delivery Period and your other Trade Terms. However, Customer would like to have the information for the following :

1. Delivery Time : minimum delivery period preferable 30 days.
2. Payment Terms : DA ( Documents against Acceptance) or 100% irrevocable L/C at
sight is Workable.
3. Chemical Analysis :
4. Dimension of Copper Cathodes : preferable size 914 x 914 x 12 mm
5. Brand Name : Your Brand Name
6. Counrty of Origin : preferably Chile or any other origin acceptable except China.

Please be noted that we have very good relations with the Customer and if we comply with Customers requirement, we are confident that Customers decision will go in our favour and we can enjoy regular business on monthly basis.

The Buyer will need the Brand Name, Suppliers Credit Report along with the Supply List in order to proceed .
