I was wondering if you could assist me with chilled carcass lamb for export?

Going to Iran ~30 tons per week

SPECIFICATION:
A First class quality 100% male & female with max. 12 months of age. No permanent incisor teeth or Maximum (1) one, not registered during 12 month ago. The meat should be cleaned, slaughtering, according the ISLAMIC rules, weighting max 18 KGS.

EXCLUSIONS:
Visible lymphatic gland removed. Cartilages removed. Blood clots and blood stained meat removed. Infiltrated meat with blood removed. Tendons Removed.

PACKING:
Carcasses should be wrapped in stockinette before being transported to the chillers. Each carcasses to be packed in separate stockinette.
