looking for a disposable OR product manufacturer

To Whom It May Concern:

I'm looking for a manufacturing company to private label the following disposable OR quality products at an affordable price:

-Disposable Shoe Covers
-Men's Disposable Surgical Caps
-Women's Disposable Bouffant Caps
-Surgical Masks

HOWEVER, I NEED THE ABOVE ITEMS to be silkscreen printed with 2 separate logos- 1 in black and white, the other logo in 1-3 color (depending on the logo)

Again, I am looking for a manufacturer that can product these materials for me and my company for multiple facilities in the United States. I am looking to partner ourselves with a quality manufacturer for years to come. If you have the capability to silkscreen these material, I would be highly interested in getting samples sent ASAP.
