Looking for environmental controlled farming equipment

Hi,

We are constructing an environmental controlled broiler poultry farm for 30, 000 birds and we need machinary including exhaust fans, cooling pads, feeding and drinking equipment along with other other machines necessary. The building is 50x360 sqft and we need an estimate of how many exhaust fans should we install and what type. We also need information on what types of cooling pads are efficient and long lasting according to our purpose. Please as well mention with the price and how much the total project cost us.
