12MM Plywood : Densified Plywood (or) Film Faced Densified Shuttering Plate(FFDSP) :

• Resin Treated Compressed Wood Laminates Part III, for general Purpose , confirming IS 3513(Part 3) :1989 [First Revision].
• Compreg with specific gravity between 0.95 and 1.25 Confirming IS 1708 -1986 Part II.
• General Purpose medium density grade or GM.
• Synthetic resin used for impregnation and bonding of veneers shall be thermosetting phenol or cresol formaldehyde type and shall confirm IS 848-1974.
• Thickness of face veneer should not be less than 220gm/m2 .
• Moisture content : 6% - 12% Confirming IS 1708 ��" 1986 Part I.
• Test Specimens, cut from each of the boards selected shall be tested by appropriate methods specified in appropriate tables and IS 3513(Part 4 ) :1966.
• Edge sealing should be Water proof Acrylic Paint.
• Surface color : Dark Brown, Light Brown.
• Emission Class : E 1.
