Coal must be free of foreign material such as trash, wood and metals and it shall not be in self-combustion state or temperatures above 55 º C;

Supplier should make sure that the Thermal Coal Type B is of a size no greater than 100 mm (4"), if not, the Supplier will perform the necessary actions, at the Supplier’s expenses, to take the oversized coal according to requested conditions.

Before the loading begin in the port of origin, both the Supplier’ Inspector and the Inspectors of the Buyer will perform a verification inspection of the above mentioned situations, considering that during the loading process shall be oversight their performance;
