inquiry for civilian blanket and
Military berets.

We are pleased to intimate your goodselves, that there is a tender invitation has been issued by the Public Security Department, calling for supply, and delivery the following items, and on the attached technical specifications:
1. Black colour military, Qty 50.000 berets, to be in the attached technical specifications.
2. Red colour military Qty 3000 berets of the same specifications as per item No. (2) above.
Therefore, if you interested, and in a position to supply, kindly provide us with your quotation supported by your sample, one complete piece of the blanket, and two pieces of the required berets, provided that your quotation should reach us 3-4 days prior to the closing date which will be not more than January 8th.2007.
If you interested in participation, and in a position to supply, you are kindly requested to quote us your best, lowest, and most competitive prices on C+F Aqaba, with the earliest date of final shipment, drawing your kind attention to the following most important points:
a)Your quotation supported by your samples should reach us 3-4 days prior to the final closing date.
b) Your prices should be remained valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date.
c)Payment terms, and condition if you won the order, that the public security department will open L/C in your favour at 100% through the central bank of Jordan, with payment to be at a rate of 70% at sight, and 30% after arrival of the goods, laboratory testing, and final acceptance, which maybe take a period of 90 days.
d)For this order, we will act on your behalf as local agents, and add our commission rate on your net price, and we will get it when you get your money through PSD.
e) In order to be able to participate in this tender, there will be need to the following procedures.
