Dear Sir: We are looking to purchase a New Jute Yarns, Unwashed, Wound on plastic cones for the manufacturer of machine made wool carpets. We need a quantity of 250 Metric Tons. The Origin should be India. Packing: Each Cone to be packed separately in a nylon bag. Such bags to be contained in Hussein bags, each weighing about 40 KGS. Packing should be sea worthy and fit for handling. Dispatch to be 40 foot containers the capacity of each is 25000 KGS net weight at least. Specifications: Yarn Count: 6/2 NM (10/2 Len) +/-5% Coefficient of variation for count: 5% Twist turns per meter T/M: Single yarn 200 T/M +/-5%: Twisted: 180 T/M +/-5% Coefficient of variation for the twisted yarn: 8% Tensile Strength: 4500 Grams Minimum.
