Needed 9 tons of Na-bentonite (or Wyoming bentonite) with the following speifications:
Area per gram clay larger than 700 m2 ; pH > 7.5 ; Fe< 3% ;Purity 90% (or more); Cation exchange capacity (CEC) 0.76-1 mmol of charges per g clay
The purpose: We (a startup company Engibton) produce a complex with an organic cation for the purpose of water purification, primarily for drinking.
