Our company LONG SHENG in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) works on ballpoint pens production sector for 4 years, has more than 20 potential clients. Last year our economical annexes has grown up to 1.5 times, it equals to 23 mln pieces. For production of pens we use: polyester, ink, metallic end, brushes, polyethylene, packing materials. The realizing price of one pen equals to 0.023 USD. Our company has modernized with large spectra of technological equipment. In order to develop our business activity and improve the quality of our products we plan to buy new full line equipment for producing ballpoint pens, which must include:

- for producing ball point pens with a capacity approximately 70-80 pens a minute
- equipment for filling and sealing the rods with a capacity 80 refills a minute
- equipment for assembling of ballpoint pens with a capacity 70-80 pens a minute
- equipment for pipe plugging and boring of ballpoint pens with a capacity 60-70 pens a minute
- centrifugal machine with a capacity 5000 refills
- equipment for application of 4-colour stamps with a capacity 60 stamps a minute
- automatic crusher for crushing the pellets with a capacity of crushing 5 mm
